after restoring the internet, the indicator on the router lights up red

On May 21, you had a breakdown and I was without Internet for 3.5 hours. After the Internet was restored, my Wi-Fi router Hub 3 (if I'm not mistaken) began to network with a red indicator instead of an orange one. Rebooting did not lead to anything.
The next day, my Internet was lost again for 3 hours, and again after the Internet appeared, the indicator glowed red.
I rebooted everything again and again it did not help.
I ask you to replace my router, since according to the information about this type of routers, even the Internet supply, with a red indicator, it is necessary to replace the router, since it can fail completely at any moment.
I cannot risk being left without Internet, since the Internet is my study and my work today.
I ask you to replace my router and give me a working router.

What connection issues are you experiencing?

Are there any issues known at your location - call  the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

Sorry to hear of the issues being experienced and with the red light showing on the router.

Looking into your local area, there doesn't appear to be any outages currently present.

    How are things looking currently?

Is there a solid red light at the base of the router?

Does the router feel too hot to touch at all?

    Thanks,
