A positive review for Shaun and Vinay

Had an issue with my Virgin Media service and honestly, it was really frustrating at first. I spoke to a few people who didn’t seem interested at all, and I was getting nowhere. Then I got through to Vinay and Shaun- and what a difference! They were super helpful, really listened to what was going on, and actually got the problem sorted. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care. Massive thanks to both of them- they turned a bad experience into a good one. Wish had spoken to them from the start!
