2.4Ghz not working on hub 4
Good afternoon,
I was upgraded to the Hub 4 from Hub 3 in late November and like many of your other customers I no longer have the 2.4Ghz connection to my older devices. I have conducted all of the above recommendations after splitting, renaming and setting new passwords for the Hub 4, 5Ghz wavelength and 2.4 Ghz wavelength yet after three weeks of re-booting, pin hole resetting and manually adding the older devices to the 2.4Ghz wavelength list on the Hub 4, I still cannot connect to the 2.4Ghz wavelength as it does not appear in my internet connection option list despite being renamed. Also the Virgin Media Connect App that I downloaded to my mobile phone cannot even find my hub although I have many devices connected to the 5Ghz wavelength.
Please can you re-check your system as I believe my router is the fault and either needs an engineer visit or replacing.
