Online security settings

Despite following the instructions, when go to Account Settings there are no options to access Online Security so that I can change the settings for Web Safe.

        Go to Settings, Broadband, Manage Virgin Media settings, Online Security then Parental controls

        You should then see what content you wish to block

    If there is no "Online Security" option on the Account Settings page that suggests to me that you are not signing into your PRIMARY My Virgin Media" (MVM) account. 

    It sounds as if you are signing into the MVM account for one of your secondary VM email accounts.

    Your main MVM account will show the full details of your VM package and the details of your monthly bill as soon as your enter the account.

    So if you are not seeing that information either then you are definitely signing in using the address of one of your secondary VM email accounts and they do not allow you to make changes to the Online Security settings.
