Hi can you turn off child safe please

    There is always the option to change DNS provider.

    Hello Greggdouglas,

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. Have you tried to turn off Child Safe via your online account? If not, you can do that by logging into your account and then going to Account Settings > Online Security. Please let us know if this works or if you need any further assistance to turn this off.
