I’ve seen all the posts about this not working and I’m experiencing the same issue. Can anyone help.
On a side note can anyone tell me when the ability to pause/unpahse certain users will be fixed again please? It’s not worked in at least a year and the app page says it’s being worked on hard in the background

Really I don't see a issue you buy the service as an adult then give access to a child so who is to blame.
Firstly, I have no idea how to change the DNS. Secondly, on the Virgin Account it allows you to block websites that are there for adults, the fact this doesn’t work is alarming and it amazes me that the service provider are not trying to fix it.
Their is a WAY they can fix it better but they think there system works just not all the time
