Sorry to hear your installation was delayed. We generally aim to provide the earliest installation appointment possible based on availability and property connectivity. We are however glad to hear services are up and running now.
In regards to Volt, if enrolled already, it can take up to 14 days to be activated as seen here
Regarding compensation for the delay in installation, we can take a look into this for you. We have sent you a private message. Please keep an eye out for an envelope at the top right corner of your Forum page. Let me know if you have any issues locating this. I'll be in touch soon
