I have the Mega Volt bundle which has Netflix included. I have had this for almost 3months now and still have not been able to activate Netflix as I have never received any activation link and dont have any netflix options on my online VM account. must have called around 10 times, had multiple tickets raised every time to be told I will hear back in x days and never do.
Please help!

was told I would hear back within 24hrs/2pm today. Still heard nothing as usual. What’s going on?!

Thanks for coming back to the thread. Apologies you were told that. I can see the form was filled in which goes to the Back Office team at the back end of the month (July) and that form has a 7 working day SLA which we are still in. You should get an email with the activation in it when the team have worked the ticket. Keep us posted
Still no response, now exceeded the 7 working days. Just not good enough!
