W02 error
A couple of my channels are not working and it's showing this error message...I've rebooted my box but no change. Can anyone advise please .

Have you followed the online help for /help/check/tv-error-codes/W02/start?
Also have you used the /check-services/ function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
Check that all cables and connections are snug and tight. If you have more than one box then try swapping them around.
