Hi All,
When I am watching TV, either live or one of my recordings, after about 30-40 mins the picture freezes and the only way to fix it is to turn it off and on at the back of the box.
It's seems to every time we watch it and has been happening everyday for about a week.
Any ideas?
Check for local area faults? Might also be a bad circuit, post your power levels and network log for comments.
Thanks, I did a network test and it couldn't find my box, even though I am currently watching it. There is an engineer coming on Monday.
Does the same problem occur with OnDemand?
How about if you are on live TV, but delayed by a short time having pressed pause/rewind?
