TV out in swansea area again on top of nurmerous faults with Broadband

Over the last few weeks the TV has dropped out several times for hours on end as it is tonight.The 150 numer is unobtainable and the broadband has dropped our numerous times druing the last month without causing many business meetings On Line to crash. Many people in the Swansea area are complaining. This is completely unaccetpable and is costing me in lost business. How can I complain and get compensation for this increasingly awful service?
