TV box keeps rebooting
My TV Box is stuck in a Boot cycle where it won't get past the Welcome screen / Starting up screen. Tried turning off at mains or on remote and still won't work. Looking at other Posts this sounds ...

Your assumption from previous posts, is correct. You've posted in the TiVo forum so I presume this is the box you have.
Your only option now, is to contact TV faults to report your box fault. They should arrange either a tech visit, or a replacement with a V6 - providing you have VM home broadband. This box runs the exact same TiVo software but on much newer hardware.
Thanks for this, I'm not sure if I have a TivO box - how do I know which TV box I have?
actually I think I have a TV 6 box, I'll post a new thread on the correct forum now.
