TNT not activated

Hi all. I recently renewed my contract and had TNT included. However whilst its activated on a box in the kitchen the one in the front room (where the hub is ) hasnt. I have reset the box and refreshed the channels and its saying on my account that I have TNT?

    You've posted in the V6 forum. Do you still have V6 boxes, or do you now have TV360 boxes since you've just renewed your contract?

    If you still have V6 boxes did you refresh (update) the channels by using your remote on the box that isn't receiving TNT by clicking on

    Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels and allowing around 10 minutes or so to update?
