TiVo Box suddenly stopped working

I've had a recent model TiVo box for just under 2 years and yesterday afternoon it stopped working.  I wasn't actually using it at the time, but a message kept appearing on screen about the connectio...

UPDATE: Just tried the box again and no change ☹️.  Also the second screen says 'Starting Up...' and has a small red clock icon next to it, not the Virgin one.
