Quickview
I have seen mention on these forums something called Quickview. I never knew the Tivo V6 box had this feature. I wish I had known sooner. How do I access this feature for myself?

I have now found a YouTube showing how Quickview works and it's not what I thought. So thanks for looking but don't bother replying.
Quick View, as I would understand it, is TiVo-software's ability to play a recording at 1.33 (I think) speed. It's something that "just works"

I believe the playback is just 10% faster, with the big advantage over fast-forward being that it still plays the sound. Never used it that much but was definitely useful for squeezing a program into a smaller timeslot and also used to use it when watching the F1 to get through the pre-race chat and safety cars etc. more quickly but without missing out on any information\discussion.
Quickview is brilliant. Want to watch something but don't have the time? It's the answer .
VM have got rid of it with their 360 'upgrade'.
