Move cable entry point

Hi. I'd like to move the entry point that the virgin cable comes into our house. It currently comes into the downstairs lounge at the front of the house. I now want it to come into the study upstairs, also at the front of the house. What is the cost for doing this? How do I arrange it? Thanks
