Move Cable Entry Point

Hi

I need to move the main incoming cable entry point and my Hub. How do I go about this?

    Hello Mike,

     

    Thanks for posting on the forums in regards to moving the entry point, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

     

    Firstly, we have to advise that as this is classed as a non-fault call out a £25 charge is applicable to be added to next bill after the work is completed. If you're happy for this, please respond to my Private Message and we can get some details from you to make the necessary arrangements.
