Move cable entry point

I'd like to have the virgin media cable entry point to my house moved if possible please. 

I've read you can book an engineer to do this for a small fee. Unfortunately it's very difficult to do this via the telephone or b online chat if someone can please help.

    I to am looking for engineer to call out move cable entry point please if this can be arranged. Happy to pay the £25 charge.

    I've been going round in circles online and via the telephone never been so difficult to contact.

    Standard £25 fee for non fault call-out.  A VM Mod should pick this up in a day or two and respond.

    Still doesn't look like I'm having any luck with this matter if anyone has other suggestions?
