I have lots of recordings, yet to watch

I have just received the dreaded 'You are entitled to a free upgrade email'
Looking on here, it does not appear to be well received.?

Does this actually get forced on you, against your will?, as I would prefer to stay on V6 and have just started a new contract, with no mention made of an upgrade at that time?

    If you already have a TiVO V6 box, just ignore it. Migration to the V360 Horizon platform is currently completely voluntary. Even if you have one of the older TiVO 500 boxes you can swap for a V6. The only reason you would have to migrate is if you take Disney + or Paramount + as part of a new contract.

    Some like it, some don't, but it's only an 'upgrade' to VM because it saves them money to provide you with the service. 

    Read the reviews, and just remember there is no going back.
