Does anyone have any idea how to get a technician booked to get my v6 box looked at , I am paying good money for a service that I can't enjoy because the picture keeps breaking up and flashes of colour across the screen . This is about 5 weeks now , I get the run around when I phone up and get the call centre . They are not interested in fixing the problem , all I ask is they send out a technician but all they can suggest is rebooting the box , can anyone help with booking a technician.
