Faulty V6 Box – Flashing Wi‑Fi & Double Arrows – Replacement Needed

Hi, My Virgin TV V6 box has stopped working. The Wi‑Fi icon and double‑arrow icon are flashing continuously, and the box will not start up properly.

I’ve already completed all the troubleshooting steps, including:

  • Full reboot of Hub and V6 box
  • Checking Ethernet/Wi‑Fi connection
  • Testing different cables and ports
  • Confirming no local service issues
  • Repeating the startup process multiple times

Despite this, the V6 remains stuck with the same flashing lights and will not connect to Virgin’s TV service.

Everything points to a hardware fault, so please can you arrange a replacement V6 box or an engineer visit to swap it out.

Happy to provide any account details via private message. Thanks.

  • Hi, further to my post 'Faulty V6 Box – Flashing Wi‑Fi & Double Arrows – Replacement Needed', I am getting automated emails saying that I've earned a new rank in the community etc - which I'm sure is nice but feels like a platitude. Can someone reply to the issue I've raised please?

The ranks & badge system is common to many online fora, and no malice is intended by it.

If you want real-time support, you should call in. Whilst I understand your likely motivations, the forum is not a real-time support facility. Creating duplicate new threads for the same query is against forum rules and rarely helps in the long run.

Thanks. Understood, and appreciate the explanation. I have tried to call numerous times, but can't get through to an operator given the self diagnosis loop. I will try to call again.
