Can I upgrade my additional TV box to a V6 box?

Hi.  I have a Tivo box (SMT-C7100) as an'Additional TV Box' on my contract.  I would like to stream Amazon Prime through it but I believe it doesn't support it and I would need a V6 box instead.  How can I get my box upgraded to a V6 box and will there be any additional cost?  Thanks.

    TiVo's are being actively retired now, and replaced with V6 in the event of any fault being diagnosed. Does your TiVo have any service faults?

    I ask, because that's probably the easiest way to get a V6 upgrade. You could contact CS to request one, but be very prepared for a sales pitch on a TV360 "upgrade" that is a whole other can of worms - and should not be undertaken without full awareness.

    Thanks for the help.  For anyone else looking to do the same upgrade, I used the live chat under the 'upgrade my package' option.  As japitts commented, initially my request for a V6 box became "We can swap the current TiVo box to Tv 360".  I challenged this on the basis of having another V6 box in the house and wanting the new box to work the same as that one.  This worked and a new V6 box should turn up on Tuesday. 🙂  Oh, the cost was a one-off £35.
