If a box hasn't been used for around 30 days then it it de-activated and will need reactivating.
Try calling the activation number on 0800 953 9500 to reactivate the set top box.
Have your account and area number handy, and the serial number for the 2nd box.

What do you mean by "about to go live with TV360"?
TV360 is a completely different TV platform to TiVo/V6 and runs fundamentally different software.
If your account is now expecting to run TV360, no TiVo-software box is going to work.

I suspect that the second V6 still needs to be activated because it's effective dead on the OP's account and cannot be accessed for the migration to the 360.
