V6 to 360 Questions
Hi, I have received the email about changing to 360, On one box I click the update app and nothing happens.
On the second box it worked and I received a text saying remote is on the way.
Question1 - Will I get two remotes sent out?
Question2 - Do I need a new remote for each box?
Question3 - My main box is the one that would not do the upgrade, now the LED on the front is red not white, Should I be worried about it?

If your account shows 2 V6 boxes you should receive 2 360 remotes. If you have 1 V6 box and a TiVo box then you should receive 2 remotes and a mini box to replace the TiVo box.
If the box with the red led is still working ok I wouldn't be worried yet. I would wait for the remotes and do the update and make sure everything is ok after the update.
Make sure you watch all your recordings because the update wipes the hard drive to install the new software, also make a note of any series links you have.
