Unable to record programs or pause live TV.

All recordings fail reporting a technical error, along with pausing live TV which shows a CS2000 error. I last rebooted the box (V6 running 360) last Thursday and it took around 1.5 hours to eventual...

    Hey,

    I had similar issues with my V6 box after upgrading to 360 including not being able to record, credentials not saving and apps like ITVX coming up with an error.

    I did have an engineer booked to come up tomorrow but I tried a factory reset as it worked for some people and low and behold it fixed every issue for me. So might be worth trying a factory reset if you haven't already see if it helps. Please bare in mind though I don't work for Virgin this is just my experience.

    To factory reset you can press the home button on your remote and then: Settings (the cog icon at the end of the Home menu) > System > Factory Reset

    When asked about recordings I chose to Format Disk to be on the safe side. This deletes any recordings but there were none on there anyway.
