Paramount

Every time I try and use the paramount app on my virgin box it's makes the screen go blank and I end up having to reboot the box. All other apps seem to work. I've no issue using the app on phone or other devices. It just will not load on my virgin boxes at all.

  • You could try a factory reset of the box using the keep recordings option to see if it makes any difference if it's only Paramount that has this problem.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV box at the moment accessing Paramount Plus. Does rebooting the box resolve the issues just once and to confirm this is happening on multiple boxes, is that correct?

    Have you also reported the issues to our team at all before posting?
