On Thursday evening my box refused to play any of my recordings, so I rebooted the box and lost all my recordings and planned recordings. Busy day on Friday so did not report it, but put in a few planned recordings and about 8 hours was recorded. Saturday morning all recordings and planned recordings have gone again. Contacted Virgin via whatsapp and 2 different people have told me its because the disc was full and to unset auto delete. my disc was 42% full on Thursday 2% yesterday, but they just insisted I unset auto delete and see what happens.
