I have 2 TV's 1 in the bedroom that is not set up to record the other is in the lounge which is set up to record this is showing a number of channels with no info therefore I am unable to record anything, any ideas how to rectify this
How is the bedroom box connected to your VM hub. Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
Just to clarify things the box in the lounge showing no info is the 360 main box and the bedroom is a 360 mini box (picture's below, main box is on the left).
Are both boxes showing no info on some channels or just the one box, and as previously asked how are both boxes connected to the hub.
If it's just the one box have you tried rebooting it by switching the power off and on again with the switch on the back of the box or at the plug, switch it off with the remote first.
