New Virgin media 360 customer - What HD??

I have HD movie channels and they all seem low in quality? Is this normal? Checked all settings and they’re fine. I get actual hd on bbc channels for example but movies are terrible! Even Netflix is low quality for HD, I get much much crisper picture via my Playstation 4? Any tips I may not know about with this box, or is it really this disappointing?

    Hey chipo, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

    What TV have you got, also is your Netflix in HD or SD?

    I would check the HDMI cable to see if its cracked or not pushed in property both in the box and the TV.

    I would also look into the settings of the TV, also what model / TV do you have?
