Hi

 

My parents signed up for vm and were told they could only get the stream box, sp I assume they are still supplying the tv 360 box because they woukd prefer that and their install date isn't until next week and they are in a cable area, how would they go about getting the 360 box ?

    VM's default TV service for new customers has been the non-recording Stream platform for a couple of months now. If your parents are in a full-fibre (sometimes known as XGS-PON or NexFibre) network area, then Stream is the only option as this network doesn't support broadcast TV.

    If your parents are in a traditional HFC-network area, then a TV360 recording box should be available, but only if they specifically request it via telesales and pay the £50 install fee.

      If they are in a  traditional HFC-network area them as japitts suggested they can chat with the sales team by calling them on 0800 183 1234.
