Hi Matthew/Roy. Can you help with a query please. I received a new V6 box today as mine was faulty however after setting it up downstairs my upstairs tivo box is showing as deactivated. Will I be automatically be sent a replacement for the tivo box as part of an upgrade? On my account my live boxes are showing as the faulty one and the replacement so I'm concerned that my request was misinterpreted and the new box was sent to replace tivo as opposed to the faulty V6 box. Hope that makes sense

    You've mentioned having TiVo & V6, is that part of a multiroom setup? Faulty TiVo's are replaced with V6 as a matter of course, but I'm not clear where a TV360 migration comes into this.

    Multioom TiVo's are hardware-swapped either for a TV360-mini or a Stream, losing their HDD in the process. V6 are software-swapped by a reformat and reinstall.
