Hi Matthew/Roy. Can you help with a query please. I received a new V6 box today as mine was faulty however after setting it up downstairs my upstairs tivo box is showing as deactivated. Will I be automatically be sent a replacement for the tivo box as part of an upgrade? On my account my live boxes are showing as the faulty one and the replacement so I'm concerned that my request was misinterpreted and the new box was sent to replace tivo as opposed to the faulty V6 box. Hope that makes sense
