Help

Comes up both on my iPad and iPhone, everything is on the network and up to date.

    Three possibilities:

    1. Make sure you are using Virgins DNS servers. If you have changed to Google or Cloudflare the internal network routing might fail.
    2. Make sure any VPNs are turned off. VPNs route the stream outside VMs network, which is not allowed.
    3. If your TV box is using WiFi, some customers have had this problem if their devices are connected to a different WiFi band (eg. The TV box is using 2.4Ghz WiFi from the hub & the devices are using 5Ghz WiFi. You would then have to split the WiFi bands in order to force both the box & devices onto the same WiFi network.
