Has the Home Screen changed ?

It used to show various selections such as Continue Watching, Watchlist.

Currently it just shows an ad for a Prime Video program.

    Hi, 

    we are working on fixing an issue with the Home screen on 360.  As you can see it is not behaving like its usual self.  Sorry for the inconvenience but you can still access your Recordings and Search as per usual.  Thanks for your patience.

      No it's not a fault or bug.  There are sometimes 'timed' promotions/adverts on the Home screen, but most don't tend to take up the entire page..

        Looks like a ‘bug’ to me!  My Home Screen behaving the same and the advert is a different one today which says scroll down to subscribe - but there is no ability to scroll

    Hi mikefox,

    I've just checked and both of my boxes are the same as yours.

    The only way I could get it to show the usual Top Picks, Continue Watching, Recent Recordings rails etc was to reboot the box.

    If you are wanting to access the usual rails  now rather than wait for it to go back to the usual screen itself then I suggest you reboot. (it might be 12 or 24 hours before it reverts itself)
