We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with upgrading to 360. In order for the update to be sent to your V6 box, you would need to update your package to include 360. You can do this by speaking to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111. They can arrange for the 360 upgrade and you'll receive a new remote control in the post. Once received, the upgrade can then be done remotely via the box.
