Error code CS2004
I received a new 360 box last week, after several attempts to get support with a different error code it was resolved yesterday with a phone call from an engineer who explained how to reset the box. Today I am getting a new error code CS2004, I was on a web chat with earlier but the person who stopped communicating, after half an hour of waiting for him to rejoin the chat I gave up. How do I resolve this ?
