Engineer Appointment - No Confirmation?
Hi,
First time poster but always found the community very helpful to resolve previous issues I've had with VM.
I arranged an appointment over live chat this morning for an engineer to come out to move the location of the white internal wall box that runs to my 2nd 360 TV box in my kitchen due to a kitchen refit. There's no fault on my system, it's just a re-routing of cabling and of the internal box that is required to somewhere else within the property.
Whilst the live chat agents assured me the booking was confirmed, I have had no confirmation email or texts, nor does it appear in my account on the app under 'Orders and Appointments'. So I'm not very confident the appointment has been made.
Is this normal practice, or should I have got something?
