Walking dead - subtitles and audio not synching

I’m currently watching the walking dead using on demand, just got to season 10 and the subtitles are at least a minute out of sync. Also it cuts to an advert halfway through a scene and when it comes...

Hi Boon1 

It would be helpful if you gave the episode number of the series 10 episode that's having the issue (there are 11 series and 177 episodes) so other customers can check if their's is the same. It will also benefit VM so they can check the correct episode.

I've watched three episodes of season 10  and it's the same with all of them

    I was going to check the episodes that aren't working for you, however I'm not going to check all 22 episodes of series 10. Please advise which 3 episodes you are having the problems with.

        watching episode 4 adverts seem back to normal but now no subtitles

      I've partially played the first three episodes of series 10 and can replicate the subtitles issue being well out of sync. I didn't get as far as seeing any adverts cropping up though (sorry I went back to watching the Olympics and Test Match)
