Tivo box - Colors Cineplex channel guide is displaying wrong information

I called Support about an issue that has surfaced recently on my Tivo box.

Channel 828 is showing wrong information in the guide and does not match what is being shown.
Icalled support and went thorugh the usual swtich on/etc but to no avail.
I was told they would look into this but - nothing has happened.

    IMHO, CS won't have done much with this.

    If the VM guide differs from what's listed on the broadcasters published guide, then email the details to tivoguideerrors@virginmedia.co.uk  you are unlikely to get a reply, but errors are usually fixed in a day or so.

    The VM TV guide is getting worse.  Large gaps, wrong or missing info etc.  Now the dates that the first showing of the programme was are being put down as the current date.  Tivo then thinks that it's new and records repeats.  Can't wait for my contract to end tbh.

    I too suspect that CS won't have done anything with this, beyond fobbing the customer off with meaningless and empty platitudes.
