Replacement TIVO Box ?

We have a TIVO box that is more than 10 years old now and are experiencing severe pixellation etc on all channels & recordings, suspect it's maybe because box is so old. All connections etc have been checked, would we be able to get a replacement V6 box as a matter of course ?

    Signal faults don't affect OnDemand in the same way they do live TV, due to being delivered over IP rather than broadcast. That would tend to suggest a problem on the HDMI or video output chain.

    The staff team should be along in a day or so to advise further.

  • If it's connected to the TV via HDMI, if you plug it into a different HDMI port at the back of the TV, do you still get the same issue? Also do you have another HDMI cable that you can try?
