How to replace TIVO box

I have a very old TIVO box, that keeps freezing and losing signal to TV, it's the original box that I received when I took the contract out around 10 years ago. I am having to reset it daily and have had enough.

Anybody know how to get it replaced? Have tried online via the self serve having an issue, calling but can't get through to a human.

    You will most likely be offered an "upgrade" to the 360 Horizon box.  If you like, and are used to the Tivo software, you should ask for a replacement V6 Tivo box. 

    Otherwise read the cons and pros of the V6 v's 360 platforms.  The V6 Tivo is very much "recording centric" unit, whereas the 360 Horizon is more "streaming centric".

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your TiVo box. We'll need to get an engineer out to you. They can try and see if they're able to resolve the issues but if not, they will replace it with a new 360 box instead.
