Why can't I get F1 in TV Go

Question

I am trying to register in sky sports (as told to do so by Virgin TV Go)on my mac. There is a special button got virgin customers. When I try to register it just says the following

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://accounts.id.bskyb.com/sign-in/error?" on this server.

I don't have to do this for any other SKY channels

Any help would be welcome - by the way the app on iPad goes straight to the programme no prob.
