Virgin TV Go

Hi, I have signed into the app using the same email address as I do when signing into Virgin Media, however when I click to watch a film it states it’s not part of my package yet I have the full works! When looking at settings on the app, my account seems to be a different number to my actual account. Should this account number in TV GO be the same as my virgin account number? If not, that would explain why it’s not showing my full package. When contacting Virgin, the operator didn’t really understand the issue. Please can someone help?

  • Hi mrbones111 thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.

    Can you advise what film in particular or channel that's not allowing you to watch it? 

    You should be logging in with your existing My Virgin Media details to sign-in to TV Go, if you're unsure can you sign out and back in again and let us know if this changes it at all?

      it’s all the film channels and I’ve already tried logging out and back in and it makes no difference. Should the account number in the app match my account number with virgin media?

        Thanks for coming back to let us know. This certainly is an odd one. The account number should be the same in both apps.
