Virgin TV Go on iPad
Like others on here I have had continued problems with having to re-register a device I had already registered (my iPad) following which I was told maximum number of devices have been reached even though I was signing in on the same device.
I called virgin customer support about three weeks ago and they reset the system but this has continued and I am now unable to sign into Virgin TV Go on my iPad as I am being told again ‘maximum number of devices has been reached”.
Please clarify what I need to do to stop this happening
