On my dad's android device I have recently been asked to sign in every time I use the virgin go app.
The first few times I clicked a football I wanted I exited to sky sports and then had to sign in via the Virgin media icon.
But I've also opened the Go app & have been asked to sign in here also one I've done that it all ok. I would not mind but my dad is partially sighted so it's difficult.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You need to download the Sky go app and click sign in with the Virgin Media option to watch football.
You can have this on so many devices only, have you gone over the limit?
VM customers don't have access to the Sky Go app.
VM customers can watch Sky Sports News, Sky Sports Racing and Sky Sports Mix channels via the TVGo app. There are shortcut links to the other Sky Sports channels via TVGo which redirect to and open the Sky Sports app (if already installed)
VM users need to either download the Sky Sports app for android and ios devices, or access Sky Sports via https://www.skysports.com/ using a web browser.
