Tv go app

Hello,   My TV Go App does not offer any live services? Can you help?   Thanks, Liam

Sorry to hear of the issues with your TVGo series, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

Can you confirm the following please:

 

  • Has the app worked for you previously?
  • Do you experience this via the desktop also?

We'd recommend ensuring there are no updates available for TVGo app, you may also need to delete the app, clear the cache and data for the app and reboot the handset. Then reinstall.

    Hello,

     

    The app has previously worked yes, and also the same thing occurs with the desktop version.

    i have done as requested, uninstalled, cleared safari cache on iPhone. Restarted phone and reinstalled still without success
