New TV360 box, now Android app can't see it.

We have 2 TV360 boxes, one of which kept erroring, so it was changed. Now the Android App can't see the replacement box.

If I try to use the option to display on a box it shows box boxes, but the replaced one is grey'd out.

Anybody know how to re-register the replaced box?

    Are you asking about the TVGo android app?

    Have you tried signing out of the TVGo app and then signing in again?

    Or clearing the apps data/cache? Or uninstall and reinstall the app?

    Have you tried the app on a different device, or the web browser on a computer, you might need to sign out and then in again.

      Yes TVGo app.

      Tried clearing cache,removing app, re-installed still showing the new box grey'd out.

        Thanks for your post, sorry to hear you're unable to pair the new box to your TVGO App.

        What happens when you go to your profile - settings - Virgin TV Boxes?

        Do you get an option on the right to edit?

        Could you also send us a screenshot of what you see please.
