Can't get into TV GO app
Is there a problem with signing in on the Virgin TV Go app using android tablets ?. My wife has a Samsung Galaxy Tab 'A' and uses it to view saved programmes on our Virgin 360 box and everything worked fine until yesterday when she got a prompt to sign in after opening the app on her tablet. When she clicks on sign in, the screen goes blank & the only way out is to go back and try again - tried the register button & got the same blank screen. I have cleared the Google browser cache and made sure cookies are accepted, I have cleared the data and cookies in the app then uninstalled it & rebooted the tablet, however after reinstalling the app, the same thing happened. The odd thing is she can access and view the stored programmes on her mobile phone and I can do the same on my phone. I have read other people have a similar problem and some have sorted it by doing the things I have tried and some people had their app suddenly start working again for no reason. Any suggestions apart from getting her a new tablet.
