Still no internet - Diss Norfolk (Cust Area 31)

Former UPP customer (before VM take over).

Internet went off around 2PM yesterday and is still unavailable... Virgin Media App says no issues in area but clear there is (lots of folk posting on FB/X etc).

Is there an ETA when service will be restored?

    No issues are showing when we've done our checks so we do hope everything is all resolved for you.
