Speed Not Changed

Question

I renewed my VM contract on 2nd Feb and took the 1Gig upgrade, my download speed has not changed at all. I was on 600Mbps previously and I am still getting the same download speeds of around 300Mbps. Does this take a while to change or am I being fobbed off with the upgrade?

I have contacted VM and they say nothing is wrong with the upgrade, surely I should see a noticeable change going from 600 to 1GIG?

If you were getting 300Mbps to a device on M600, what makes you think you'd see more on Gig1?What does this site show?https://samknows.com/realspeed/&nbsp;
