I accepted a new contract offer 3 weeks ago but nothing has yet happened
The offer was sent to me by email on April 8 and I accepted it by return email. I even chased it up after the first week but still not heard anything back. The current out of contract monthly charge is unsustainable. I find it hard to accept that it should take this long to set up the new contract. This followed a formal complaint as I could not get through to anyone at VM by telephone. Offer and acceptance equals a binding agreement in my view. But why the unnecessary delay in implementing it?
